I am very impressed with the Customer Service. I had been waiting for a delivery and hoping it would come before Christmas. Harrison got back to me very quickly and said it was on its way with Royal Mail. There was then a knock at the door and Harrison was there with the boot bags, wrapped in Christmas Gift Wrap. I ordered two bags and wondered why I hadn’t received them, I contacted the company and they replied straight away with proof of posting, it turned out that I had made a mistake with the address 🙈 Harrison sent me two bags free of charge, these are a Christmas present so yet to use them but the customer service is second to none, will definitely recommend to friends and family, my son is a football agent so I’m positive we will be ordering again. Excellent customer service. I was asked to review my order even though it hadn’t arrived yet, so I contacted the company to check. Within a couple of hours they replied, explaining that the parcel was out for delivery and should arrive later that day. Unfortunately, the order still hadn’t arrived by the following Tuesday, so I contacted customer services again. Once more, they responded within a few hours and immediately arranged a replacement parcel, sent via tracked next-day delivery. Very quick responses, helpful communication, and a clear commitment to resolving the issue — really impressed with how it was handled.

Im an Irish customer and my package got stuck in customs, I had emailed support as I was concerned about my order not arriving, they refunded me the customs charge which most UK companies don't do and my package still didn't arrive so I emailed again and they contacted Royal Mail for me. Thankfully my package arrived today. It take time due to customs but Harrison was so responsive on email and done everything they could to help me and I'm currently dealing with another company where my parcel is lost and I'm getting no response so its nice to see such care from a small business.

Simple but very effective. Just make sure boots are fully dried before sealing to prevent mould.

I now use Boot Proof for my golf shoes, this product really works, once the bag is sealed there’s never a smell from the bag. Simply a great idea at a very reasonable price. A very happy customer.
